Receptions

The department holds receptions for special events such as anniversaries (25 and 40 years), special appointments, inaugurations of new centers or the like.
 
Anniversaries: for employee's anniversaries the department provides a contribution of 2.500 DKK. to hold a small reception for the department's staff.
 
Birthdays: the department does not contribute to receptions for round birthdays, as these are private matters.
 
Special, professional reasons: the department covers expenses towards receptions for Department staff and external participants.
 
Departures: In some cases, the department also contributes a small amount toward the holding of receptions for departures following many years of service at the department / LIFE.


Practical organization: the Department Secretary coordinates the reception in collaboration with the attendant and a minimum of 2 employees from the respective section. Employees from the section are to help both before, during and after the reception.
