MUS/Performance and Development Review (PDR) and GRUS/Group Performance and Development Review (GPDR)
All employees are entitled to an annual staff development interview (MUS) with their immediate superior. If you are unsure about who your immediate superior is, ask the Head of Department or Head of Section.
If you need additional interviews, the department's development objectives for 2007/2008 indicate that employees can always get a follow-up interview with their superior.
Once a year a GRUS interview should also be held. GRUS is a development interview for your group.
