Keys and ID cards

Keys
Keys to the Department are provided to all employees who need them. Keys must be ordered through the Department attendant and can only be issued upon completion of a special requisition form.
 
If you lose your key, you must immediately contact Roy Reeves or the Operations Department.

ID cards
As an employee at KU, you are required to carry a KU ID card with photo, which must be produced on demand. This may particularly be of relevance if you visit other faculties at KU, or the joint administration in Nørregade. The card also provides discounts at the SL Fund, which is the bookstore at LIFE, access to the Friday bar and serves as a library borrower's card, etc.
 
If you do not already have an ID card, order one here.  
If you lose your ID card, you must have it closed - read more here.
 
As a new employee at KU you will automatically receive a letter regarding the establishment of ID cards.
