Remember that your manager (Head of Section or Department Administrator) must approve the purchase before you order.
LIFE-IT ensures that purchases are made effectively through the state procurement system, whenever possible. See list of standard equipment.
As an employee of the Department you are obliged to respect LIFE's IT security rules. All rules must be respected, but most important is of course that your computer / data is secured with a proper password that you regularly change. It is also important that you do not leave your computer without turning on the screen saver. Laptops may not be connected to the network before they are checked by IT staff. Read all IT Minimum Rules in Danish or English.
All viruses, intrusion attempts into the PC, etc. must be reported to the Service Desk as soon as you suspect these. Network cables must also be removed from the computer.
