Planning of seminars, notices, midterm evaluations, etc.
Your daily contact person regarding your PhD study is of course your supervisor and co-supervisors, but for practical and administrative issues connected with your studies, etc. your contact person is the Section Secretary.
 
The Section Secretary takes care of practical issues concerning half-year evaluations, seminars, midterm evaluations and PhD defenses. The Section Secretary will ensure that event dates are uploaded to the department's event calendar.
 
Toolbox for the preparation of a press release regarding your PhD project
Six months before handing in your PhD thesis, you must write a press release about your results. Please contact the departments communications officer for advice.
