Oligosaccharide microarrays

We have assembled a libary of around 100 well defined oligosaccharides based on plant cell wall components. Most have been isolated from polysacchrides but some have been produced by chemical synthesis. Using this libary we have constructed oligosaccharide microarrays which can be used for the screening of antibodies, carbohydrate binding modules and other glycan binding ligands. The arrays can also be used for the high throughput analysis of carbohydrate active enzymes.
