Industrial enzymes

This is a new industrial  PhD project  in collaboration with Kartoffelmelcentralen (KMC) that involves the modification of different types of raw and gelatinised starches with designer enzymes provided by industrial partners and international collaborators. The project  will generate novel types of industrial starches and knowledge about enzyme mechanisms on solid carbohydrate substrates.
