Bioinformatics of peptide hormones (BSc)

Plant peptide hormones are key regulators of plant growth and development. We are working with two groups of peptide hormones that positively and negatively regulate growth in Arabidopsis. A bachelor project could be:

1)Describing these two groups of peptide hormones and their mechanism of action.

2)Use Bioinformatics to study the level of conservation in different plant species.
