Center for Advanced Bioimaging (CAB) Denmark

A core facility offering access to front-edge imaging equipment that allows visualising and quantifying of molecular process in living cells.  

 

Center for Applied Bioinformatics

A professional environment for the employment of bioinformatics and bioinformatics research at KU-LIFE.

 

DynaMo

A Center of Excellence funded by the Danish National Research Foundation. The Center will start January 1, 2012.  

 

Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Biosustainability (NNFCB)

Basic research leading to sustainable production of chemicals through the combination of capacities within Microbial Cell Factories, Metagenomics, Plant Biochemistry, and in silico Biology.

 

Pro-Active Plants

New fundamental knowledge of relevance to the development of more robust plants producing high yields in spite of adverse growth conditions and the development of plants as green factories merging into synthetic biology.

  

PUMPKIN - The Centre for Membrane Pumps in Cells and Disease

Analysis of structure and function of P-type ATPases, a family of ion pumps that are found in all cells of all bacteria, plants and animals, and energize metabolite flow in and out of cells.
